Ability Learning Centre is born from a passion for inclusive education, founded by an experienced special education teacher who believes that every student deserves equal opportunities to learn and succeed, regardless of their learning requirements.

Our
Teacher
Teacher Ci En holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from the National University of Singapore (NUS), where her journey in special education began through volunteering as a teacher assistant at Metta School and AWWA School.
Her commitment to special education deepened after graduation, when she worked as a Teacher for five years at a local special education school, earning a Diploma in Special Education from the National Institute of Education (NIE) and a Certificate in Autism from the Autism Resource Centre. Ci En also served as a Special Educational Needs Officer at a specialised secondary school, where she supported students with behavior and literacy interventions.
Ci En has a certificate in Practical Strategies for Spelling from the British Dyslexia Association. In addition to her educational qualifications, she holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling from the College of Allied Educators (CAE), recognizing that good mental health is key to holistic learning.
Through Ability Learning Centre, Ci En aims to create an inclusive environment where every learner can thrive, regardless of their challenges.
